Thank you for submitting plans for your event.  We have reviewed your plans and feel that you are meeting the intent of the Johnson County Board of Public Health Order No. 002-20 and are taking necessary measures to ensure the safety of your guests. The measures as submitted represent a good faith effort to prevent the spread of the virus.

If anyone planning to attend your event is feeling ill before the event, please ask them not to attend.  According to Governor Kelly’s Order 20-52, masks must be worn when in public spaces.  Masks must be worn consistently and appropriately for the best protection against contracting or spreading COVID-19.

While the Johnson County Health & Environment discontinued all Covid restrictions for the county, they have left any Covid precautions up to the local businesses and business owners. With this being the case Holiday Inn (IHG) continues to require face coverings for anyone inside their properties. We appreciate all SuperWorld attendees following these requests and look forward to seeing you all at the expo!
